SxS Tire Repair #1: Sidewall Repair
GlueTread is best known for sidewall repair kits.
Unlike the strategy of plugging a sidewall, our kits restore most of the sidewall’s integrity without enlarging the damaged area. GlueTread’s Sidewall Repair Kits include rubber patches and a high-performance adhesive, allowing you to adhere a new patch over the damaged area.
This process is similar to vulcanizing a tire, but instead of using heat, GlueTread’s custom-engineered adhesive creates a chemical vulcanization.

This comprehensive repair kit includes four valve caps, four valve cores, one 4-way tool, and one hex key. These extras ensure that if any part of your valve stem fails, you’ll be able to replace it and keep driving.
Additionally, GlueTread patches have proven invaluable for all kinds of emergency trail repairs, from fuel lines to radiator hoses.
