American Made Quality: T-Handle Replacements

Proudly Made in the USA

At GlueTread, quality is our foundation.

Since our start in 2018, we've prioritized producing our products as locally as possible. Our headquarters are in Hiram, Ohio, and our rubber manufacturer is located just 30 minutes away. Additionally, GlueTread’s adhesive is sourced right here in Ohio! This close proximity allows us to maintain strong relationships with our manufacturers while keeping a careful watch on quality—all while supporting domestic manufacturing.

As we’ve expanded our product offerings, our approach has remained the same: “How can we source this in the United States or manufacture it ourselves?”

It’s not always easy, but it’s a challenge we’re committed to meeting.

Introducing Our New Montana-Made T-Handles

Recently, we discovered that the original T-Handles included in our Complete Kits did not meet our high standards.

In response, we designed and manufactured brand-new, CNC-machined aluminum T-Handles. These handles are made in our Montana shop to ensure you have the best tools when you need them most. By manufacturing these T-Handles ourselves, we proudly stand behind their quality and are thrilled to bring another part of GlueTread’s product line in-house.

Good news! If you ordered a GlueTread Complete Kit from our website before April 2024 and did not receive these aluminum T-Handles, your replacements will be on their way by mid-September.

If you purchased an Expedition Kit, rest assured—you already have the Montana-Made T-Handles, so no replacement is needed.

Sending free replacements to customers who received the original T-Handles reflects our unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and quality. We know that having the most reliable recovery equipment is essential when you're in a tight spot.

Standing by Our Products: Free Replacements for GlueTread Customers

This is not the first time that we've shipped out an improved product.

In 2022, we enhanced our rubber formula to strengthen the bond between the tire, the adhesive, and the sidewall patch. As a gesture of appreciation, we shipped the improved rubber free of charge to anyone who had ordered from the GlueTread website.

We also encourage customers to regularly check their adhesive. Over time, GlueTread adhesive can dry out, so every few months we recommend inspecting the bottles to ensure the adhesive is still liquid. If it’s dried out, just send us an email or give us a call, and we’ll send you a free replacement.

We take pride in providing direct support to our customers, which is why ordering directly from our website ensures that you will receive the most up-to-date products. Plus, when you purchase directly from us, we can offer free replacements and personalized assistance whenever you need it!

Moving Forward: GlueTread Production

As we expand our off-road tire repair toolkits, we remain committed to moving production in-house wherever possible and sourcing from U.S. suppliers. Thank you for choosing a company that prioritizes domestic manufacturing!
